Regulatory Compliance:
U.S & Africa is committed to international standards and operates in full compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines for food, cosmetic, and agricultural product handling, labeling, storage, and exportation.


2. Our Services

We provide tailored support to businesses across Africa and the U.S. in the following areas:

  • Company formation & cross-border investment

  • Export of certified food, beverage, cosmetic, and agricultural products

  • Compliance with FDA, USDA, and FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) regulations

  • Technical assistance for labeling, packaging, and traceability

3. FDA Compliance

U.S & Africa provides guidance and services in line with FDA registration and compliance, including:

  • Registration of food facilities and foreign suppliers with the FDA

  • Preparation of FDA-compliant labels and nutritional facts

  • Support with Prior Notice submissions and FCE/SID numbers for canned goods

  • Advisory on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and FSMA requirements

Clients must provide truthful product details to ensure compliance with U.S. law.


4. Client Obligations

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate documentation for company and product registration

  • Ensure product quality and traceability at the source

  • Respect deadlines for communication, sample submission, and payments

  • Acknowledge that U.S & Africa acts as a consultant, not a producer or freight agent


5. Fees & Payments

  • All services are invoiced based on the scope and complexity of the engagement

  • Payment methods include SWIFT transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or Stripe

  • Services begin after full or partial payment, as defined in the contract

  • Late payment penalties may apply after 10 days of the due date


6. Limitation of Liability

U.S & Africa will not be held liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by customs, shipping carriers, or regulatory authorities

  • Rejections by the FDA due to false or incomplete client data

  • Force majeure events such as strikes, embargoes, or natural disasters


7. Confidentiality

All client data is treated as strictly confidential and protected under U.S. data privacy laws.
We do not share client information without written consent, unless required by law.


8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any legal dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Florida, U.S.A.

  • The parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action

  • Governing law: U.S. Federal and State Commercial Law
