Respect deadlines for communication, sample submission, and payments
Acknowledge that U.S & Africa acts as a consultant, not a producer or freight agent
All services are invoiced based on the scope and complexity of the engagement
Payment methods include SWIFT transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or Stripe
Services begin after full or partial payment, as defined in the contract
Late payment penalties may apply after 10 days of the due date
U.S & Africa will not be held liable for:
Delays or losses caused by customs, shipping carriers, or regulatory authorities
Rejections by the FDA due to false or incomplete client data
Force majeure events such as strikes, embargoes, or natural disasters
All client data is treated as strictly confidential and protected under U.S. data privacy laws.
We do not share client information without written consent, unless required by law.
Any legal dispute shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Florida, U.S.A.
The parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action
